Prescription Info
All customers must send their prescription information to support@alohacontacts.com. Please put your order number in the subject line. You may either attach a scanned copy or photograph of your prescription information, or provide us with your eye professional's contact information so that we may verify prescription.
Shipping
At Aloha Contacts we charge a flat rate for all shipping:
- FREE REGULAR SHIPPING for all domestic orders over $50!
- $3.50 Regular Shipping in the US: 3-7 business days delivery for metro areas in the continental United States, up to 12 days for remote/rural areas.
- $7.99 Priority shipping in the US: 2-4 business days delivery in the Continental US. Up to 5-6 days for remote/rural areas.
- $9.99 International Air to any location worldwide: timing varies depending on location
- $29.95
Aloha Contacts is not responsible for unexpected USPS closings, extreme weather impeding delivery, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
All packages are shipped with a delivery confirmation tracking number.
All orders are generally shipped within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and certain holidays). Weekend orders (Friday afternoon thru Sunday midnight) are processed the following monday or business day if a holiday weekend.
All orders are sent with one (1) free contact lens case, while supplies last.
All orders occuring prior to 10AM EST will be processed and shipped that day. Any orders coming in after 10AM EST will be processed and shipped next day.
Refunds & Returns
Returns are only accepted if the packaging has NOT been opened. Due to the nature of this cosmetic product, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products which have been opened. Proof of defective lenses will need to be provided via high resolution photographs or returned to our facility for inspection and confirmation. Without either of these options, we are unable to give refunds for defective product.
Please do NOT return products without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Our warehouse requires this number to process your refund or exchange. Failure to include this number will delay your refund or exchange. To obtain an RMA number, please contact us at support@alohacontacts.com
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
There is a restocking fee of $4.75 per item returned due to our time shipping, returning, and restocking the product.
Refund/cancellation requests while in processing status are subject to a 3% processing fee.
